Once the credit bureaus get wind of this article they will do anything that they can to stop it from being distributed. The bureaus don’t want you knowing the truth. Continue reading and pay close attention as I peel back the mask on these legal criminals.

If you were to believe what you read on the credit bureaus websites you would think that they exist to help the consumers. If you believe that I guess you still believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, and the Tooth Fairy.

Looking at the big picture from the outside looking in, it would appear that the credit bureaus are setup to help the consumers. Although that is a noble idea it couldn’t be further from the truth. A wise person once said that you should never bite the hand that feeds you. The credit bureaus are no different – they will never bite the hand that feeds them.

The credit bureaus don’t make a damn dime from helping you. Not one red cent! They are not in the business of helping consumers they are in the business of collecting and selling your information to businesses. Always keep in mind that when you are dealing with credit bureau disputes it’s never personal just business. The main goal of every business on the face of the planet is one thing… Make a profit.

Do the math, by helping you with your credit woe’s the credit bureau’s make nothing. By helping various corporations the credit bureau’s rake in money hand over fist. So looking at this from a factual stand point and understanding that we are dealing with businesses, and we now know that the goal of all business is to make a profit – it’s clear to see that you have no one but yourself in this battle.

The credit repair battle is fought on two fronts simultaneously. The first front is the battle for establishing new lines of credit. This is a pretty easy battle and can be won rather quickly. The second front is paper battle that is fought via credit bureau disputes. This is a series of written letters that you use to dispute your claims. Although this process may seem a little grim from the onset there is a little light at the end of the tunnel. There are a few laws in place that will force the credit bureaus to meet certain guide lines.

After submitting your letters of disputes, the credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate and respond to your claims. If they respond by clearing the false claim then all is well. If they fail to respond within the allotted 30 day time frame by law they have to remove the claim in question.

During the credit dispute process many people will try to shortcut by using a template that they have found on the Internet. Big mistakes the credit bureaus know this is a template and they have an arsenal of tricks that they will use that will do you more harm than good. For example once they realize it is a template they may try to call you and ask you a few questions regarding your claims.

On the outside this may seem like a harmless call. In reality this call is done to reset the clock on the 30 day’s that they have to process your claims. The best way to avoid getting caught up in the bureaus games is to not communicate with them at all once you have filed your credit dispute letters. Let the 30 days elapse before you make your next move.
